Select utilities are included in rent at City Heights, including water, trash removal, and sewer. Residents are responsible for any other utilities not listed.

The schools assigned to City Heights include Abraham Lincoln Elementary, Douglas MacArthur Kindergarten Academy, Perry Meridian 6th Grade Academy, Perry Meridian Middle, and Perry Meridian High.

City Heights welcomes pets. Breed restrictions, weight limits, and additional fees may apply.
