Select utilities are included in rent at Trails at Twin Lakes, including water, trash removal, and sewer. Residents are responsible for any other utilities not listed.

The schools assigned to Trails at Twin Lakes include Faith Assembly Christian School, Fellowship Baptist Academy, Neal middle, Oak Grove Elementary, and Southern School of Energy and Sustainability.

Trails at Twin Lakes welcomes pets. Breed restrictions, weight limits, and additional fees may apply.
