Select utilities are included in rent at Lakeview on the Rise, including water, trash removal, and sewer. Residents are responsible for any other utilities not listed.

The schools assigned to Lakeview on the Rise include Cottonwood Plains Elementary School, Front Range Baptist Academy, Loveland High School, Lucile Erwin Middle School, Mcgraw Elementary School, and St. Peter Lutheran School.

Lakeview on the Rise welcomes pets. Breed restrictions, weight limits, and additional fees may apply.
